Big Idea of the Series: Salvation is a gift of God. Faith is to receive this salvation is also a gift of God. But true faith is putting our faith into action. WE are saved by Grace. But we show we are saved by how we live out our faith.
Endure!
Big Idea: We will be tested and tempted in our earthly lives. We must use God’s Word to endure in order to gain the victory.
No Favoritism!
Big Idea: We live out our faith by treating all people with love and care. We do not look down on them because of their backgrounds, current situation, ethnicity, or anything else.
Control Your Tongue!
Big Idea: We live out our faith by what we say and how we say it.
Resist!
Big Idea: Only by placing ourselves, all of ourselves, under Christ’s authority can we resist the devil.
Actively Pray!
Big Idea: We should combine prayer with action. Our actions should be a form of prayer and our prayers should inform our actions.
